Airport Shuttle (click for website): Shuttle service is available from the airport to the hotels in the CBD for $13.00 (per person, one-way), $26.00 (per person, round-trip), or $24.00 (per person, round-trip for two or more people when purchased at the airport). Three bags per person. Call 1-866-596-2699 or (504) 522-3500 for more details or to make a reservation. Advance reservations are required 48 hours prior to travel for all ADA accessible transfers. Please call well enough in advance for the specially-equipped shuttle to be reserved. For group reservations of 10 or more people please dial 1-888-432-7651. Ticket booths are located on the lower level in the baggage claim area.

Airport Limousine Service (click for website): Non Scheduled walk up limousine and sedan service available from the airport to the Central Business District (CBD) and the French Quarter. The rate is $35.00 for one or two people and $10.00 per additional passenger for up to 8 passengers (total vehicle capacity).  Limousine information desks are located on the lower level baggage claim areas.

Jefferson Transit (click for website): A ride on this public bus costs $1.50 per person which includes one transfer good from any Jefferson Transit bus.   This bus picks up outside Entrance #7 on the upper level and runs every 15-20 minutes on weekdays and every 30 minutes on weekends.  For more information, contact Jefferson Parish Transportation Department at (504) 367-7433 or on the web at www.gcr1.com/jet/

Amtrak (click for website):  Union Station is located at 1001 Loyola Avenue.  Amtrak does not provide transportation to or from the airport.   Passengers should use limousine, public bus, or taxi service to reach the station.

Greyhound (click for website): Pick-up for the Greyhound Bus is located on the upper level outside Entrance #7.   For information fares and scheduling, call (504) 525-9371.  Tickets are available from the driver.

Coastliner/Mississippi Coast Service: Coastliner provides shuttle service to the Gulf Coast and many other places along the route.  There are nine trips daily, beginning at 8:00 a.m. and ending at 11:30 p.m.  Tickets may be purchased at the Coastliner booth located on the lower level next to U.S. Customs.  Prices vary according to the passenger's final destination.  Call 1-800-647-3957 for rate and schedule information.

St. Tammany Tours provides transportation between the airport and the north shore of Lake Pontchartrain (Covington and Mandeville).  The service is provided 24 hours a day by reservation only.   Prices start at $27.00 each way.  Please call 1-800-543-6362 for reservations or more information.
